Oh, haha, I totally missed the author note at first, and paused at the end of each line. The second time was a totally different read, that's pretty cool ... Not until the third time though, that I noticed you used lower-case i's all the way until the last line ... and then the upper-case! Nice.
Yeah, more poetry!

Ami, please do not put author's notes in your summary; they belong in the notes section.
I think your punctuation and structure guided the pace quite naturally! I'm a huge poetry fan and tend to be picky about what I read, so it's really hard for me to give feedback for poets. That said, it was nice to read one of your rare submissions
