I went to Baltimore at the end of November and went through a roll of B/W film. I had to perch myself precariously upon a potted plant in order to get that shot, much to the interest and amusement of nearby restaurant diners...

I was trying to take pictures of my kitten,Chiyo, and I had this perfect shot of her face when she yawned into my camera.. and I captured this instead. I found it hilarious, and I love the colors that this was caught in. I didn't manipulate it at all, heh. It's like she was at a rave. Crazy kittu.

Shot in Rome. Developed and copied it myself! The camera didn't have a light meter so I winged it. Most of the film came out over- or underexposed. =___= Ah, the trials of analogue photography!

Hm, so it's an old photo, but remastered! My mom was making fried rice one day and I was helping her beat the eggs, and I always feel bad cracking open the poor eggs. I got to the last one and noticed it was surrounded by its beaten comrades and decided to give the poor thing a photoshoot. If you look closely, you can see it sweating. :3

The colorization was somewhat inspired by SawII haha. I liked the raw green/blue tint created through the entire movie, very suspenseful.

Am I missing Greece? *laughs* Absolutely not! Just playing around in photoshop and I liked the result. I've recently seen a lot of commercial B&W photography with splash of color photographs on Japanese postcards and stuff like that and I'm kinda addicted to them. Just wanted to try my hand at it ^_^;;

Still practicing B&W with color shots. I took this shot a long time ago of my favorite spot in Kyoto city... 'cept I loved it at night when there were no tourists, and you could ride your bike under the tori with your head titled upwards and stare at the stars and moon. And the bright bright orange glows as strongly in the dark as it does in the day.

The camera/photographer ::headbang:: stunts the gate's actual size It's really really impressive and beautiful... don't take my word; go to Kyoto and see it yourself!

Because chupa brought up the topic of the frightening amount of crows at the UCDavis campus, I figured, might as well upload an image to show everyone the truth of the matter. Quite simply, they're everywhere. And so is the amount of bird crap commonly associated with large birds. They swarm the skies at night, cawing and yelling and such, and it's really scary the sheer number of crows out there, there must be thousands of them swarming all at once all across the sky. * _____ *;;;

Oh uh about the photo. It was taken at night with an average digital camera. Pretty much upped the exposure to try to get a clearer shot. Lighting effects from the parking lot lights helped too. *nodnod*
