Maybe I should photograph my watercolours instead of scanning 'em ... the colours never come out right and I can't seem to correct them properly.

Uh, yeah, working on settings and props and all that. Or, not really working that hard right now, but trying to include it, at least. b;____;d
My sister thought he looked like Kaneda ... but she's crazy. In her defence though, this was not completely uninspired by mr. Otomo ... I try to keep one of the Akira volumes home at all times, and hope that the library doesn't miss 'em too much.

It's been fixed up a bit in photoshop, but overall despite how plain that page is in my sketchbook, it's one of my favorites. 8D

And the quote originated from my Government textbook. Didn't see THAT ONE COMING, DIDJA?!

Fanart of Fox McCloud, in his Smash Bros Brawl form. I used a screen shot for reference on this one, even though I don't usually do that.

And Usopp never chose to play dress up pranks on Zoro in his sleep ever again.

Usopp: Zoro is scary. Zoro is scary. Zoro is scary. Zoro is scary.

Drew this a year or so back...and couldn't help but incorporate one of my all-time favorite quotes from Bleach.

My overall submissions may not show it, but One Piece truly is my OTP. I tend to turn into a single minded fangirl when it pops up XD

So...this project took me between 10-14 hours over a period of about three weeks. Some may not classify it as real art, but it was a fun little thing I learned in one of my art classes a while back. You take a photo, put some tracing paper over it and trace out all the dark patches. You then transfer the drawing on to normal paper and color in those dark patches. VERY time consuming e_e

I've got another one of Miyavi (as Miyabi XD) in the works. If I ever come across any other wacky inspiring photos, I may snag them for any future negative space drawings as well...

A comic I drew for our school newspaper thing, Wavelink. Two other students are writing articles on civil unrest: one on civil unrest on a national level, and another on our town's level.

The comic is actually based on a conversation we had in my American History class when we were discussing current events. I was embarrassed -for- the person who had no idea what we were talking about. It was a classic example of 'open mouth and insert foot.'

Photo reference used for classroom and desks, first sketch on computer with photoshop elements and tablet, then a pencil sketch, traditionally inked, then scanned to do the text and border.
