I love how it feels like this is made up of big, simple blocks of color, but with a great depth of detail in each! I am very fond of the shading/lighting and his helmet and thick eyelines and brow especially! Awesome~!

eyes maybe too small and a chin perhaps too big... she's beautiful. really simple piece, composition wise, but the main purpose here is showcase how well you are able to render faces and expressions. i really adore how you colored her, though i wish you'd gone on to draw the rest of her shoulders.

She looks so pissed, but I like the pastel colors..But I also relate with the other person who said they'd like to see her shoulders. Something about the teal gap inside of her hair is confusing and throwing me off.

... Could've fooled me. I wish I could pull off stuff with this much style when I'm IN practice.

The contrast between the flat hair and the volume in the face is a nice touch, and the cool color scheme really adds to the mood. I really like the unusual shading as well. It kind of looks messy, but it looks like everything was carefully done at the same time.

And this may sound a little odd, but I really, really like her eyebrows. >.>
