The 'welcome' letter and our Help and FAQ documentation was corrupted during the database switch from Latin1 to UTF-8. It conveniently corrupted right at the most important part concerning guidelines on interaction and submissions... as Murphy's Law intended

This has been remedied and all new members are STRONGLY encouraged to read the Getting Started information, before they post anything (else). A new welcome message has been sent to all new members.

My sincere apologies for the inconvenience as well as the embarrassing introduction to our community.
