As most of you guys know, I've been on my dev board writing updates for this comm, I'm going to be porting those updates starting this weekend. The first update will be to the comments (recursion should be finished by this weekend) during this port, the board may be closed temporarily (up to 5 hours) for maintenance. If you are working on an oekaki, please submit it or save it within the next 8 hours. Also, please do not REPLY to any comments today if possible. It's okay to comment until the port, but please no replies!

Okay, removed the memory intensive threaded comments script from the board, and replaced the old style comments database with a flat threaded one. Sorry for the downtime, but I had to rebuild the database due to folks still submitting replies... I didn't want to keep having to rebuild it (since it takes about two hours to build manually) so I figured it would be better for me to simply disallow input. I'm really really really sorry for the inconvenience.

BTW: don't worry Mara, it wasn't just you

Right now there are two web apps on this board, so you will not notice any speed improvements--you might notice a lag. This is temporary as the update, which will slowly phase out OchiBoard 2.x, is a lot faster.

PLEASE let me know if you see something broken Other than bug fixes from this port, I'm going to be taking it easy this week and catching up on all the fanfics I haven't read ^_^;;
