Yeah, I really wanted the process to take a while. I don't like it when authors rush them together. And naruto, having gone through so much, knew that Sasuke would eventually be bitter and unhappy if he kept trying to be something he wasn't.

Yes! Naruto didn't want Itachi's blood on Sasuke's hands.
Yeah, the rape scene freaked out my beta, too. Lol. But I don't actually like NCS, so I had to change it around to feel comfortable with it. Sometimes I think the characters are running away with the story, but I just couldn't see Sasuke handling Naruto trying to leave with any composure. Or sanity.
Yeah for creampuffs and chocolate cupcakes! And thank you for the birthday wishes!
As for sequel... Um, are you crazy? Lol.

I love Neji in this. Lol, I love all the side characters. They are the only ones who really see what's going on while Naruto and Sasuke are too confused to do more than flounder around.

You want Shin to be evil? Lol, so did other people! They wanted him to have ulterior motives! But I think if he'd had them, then that would've broken Naruto more than could be fixed. He would've always thought that he was really unloveable, so Shin had to be true. But I'm glad that you're so into it that you hate him. *snickers*

I'm so glad that you read this. Lol, and then went back and reviewed. Too cute! I love angst, but I don't like sad endings. I want people to go through the gamut of emotions, but then end up saying, yeah, they're back together. Lol. It's childish of me, but eh.
I totally skim, too! Lol. But I'm glad this has caught your attention enough that you are actually paying close attention. That's awesome.

I figured this was as fluffy as it would get from you, hahaha. But I loved it, because it was realistic. I wish I could write 43 pages for one chapter! Ha! That would be amazing.
And yes, this is definitely one of my favorites ever. It's timeless.
It's hard for me to find ninja-verse that I really get attached to and I've always really loved this story. And I will advertise it for you! XD
