It always makes me feel all kinds of strange when I see old gates together with cars. But it is also so familiar. The dash of red and gold.

Hah! When I saw that picture from Greece, I was like "why doesn't she shoot Japan?".
And I'm glad you did! There're bound to be some certain easthetics worth photographing there.
You have a nice diagonal thing going with the road, and then the gate in the center, looking almost out of this world.
Did you take this in colour or b&w originally? Just wondering if it's just my eyes, or is the sky really a tint of yellow?
I wish it was bigger!

Well anyway, keep posting 'em. I'd love to see some Tokyo street life shots. *__*
