Wow, this is pretty creepy (in a good way).
The expressionless face adds a lot of creepiness to the picture, and I think it's pretty cool. Also having dark pink tones for the skin and white hair brings a certain tenseness to the drawing.
I also love how you did the light blue outlines to the wings. It makes the feathers stand out quite a bit and it looks really nice. Good job!

awww, really? ;__; poor guy that can't cry. he looks like he wants to but he won't though D; really nice job on the wings~ i'm loving the expression a lot! X3

i think though, if i may, the neck may be a little bit too long/thick for his proportion? :O but the picture is still quite lovely <3

Wow, this is kind of haunting o_o. I like the deep reds you added to the skin and the sharpness of the edges...he scares me! *hides* XD

I love the shapes in this, the wings and the curves, and also the slightly scary eyes!
