She is so pretty. I love the style of her dress, and I really like how you made it green and red. The texturing looks really nice too.

Wow, nice use of textures. :) I wish her dress wasn't so dark though..I can't see some of the details..especially around the waist :/

the meshing of the colors is really nice and complex here, it gives it a very intense feeling with all the patterns and textures. She looks like a lovely character! well done with the lining, too.

I never quite saw the point of Painter ... what does it do that Photoshop doesn't?
Well, anyway, you seem to have utilized it nicely ... real nice tone effects. And deep, saturated colours, makes me miss the autumn that didn't happen this year!
