this is probably one of my favorite things i've seen so far on the site... great composition and atmosphere... there are minor things that my eyes struggle with here, but the overall piece suppresses those qualities...

bravo!

It looks so calm and open. The left hand structure fades into the background really well too, so the strong shade doesn't overpower the rest of picture; I really like the shape of the spire-type bits there too. The textures on the clouds have been put in really well- they sort of give a bit if a feel of traditional media with paints.

I love how that gold vibrates against the blue sky. It's a beautiful, subtle image.
