I do agree with you~ the whole adding the lines last XD; I did that a few times before and found that it's actually better for the pictures... though I'm still not very good at it. I still need the guide XD; Oh, man... this piece is so stunning~ Her lips~ ;A; <3

This is gorgeous. I've always loved how you did faces, especially in this angle. The lips are wonderfully full, and the coloring job never fails to impress. You've really established depth with that shading. D: *two thumbs up*

 

almost looks like some kind of greek goddess type thingie legendish. <3..yeah I so know what I'm saying D: looovely.

Woow, this is really pretty!
I like the concept; how her hair is like the rain and stuff ...
The tone of this oekaki is really serene, which I like. The expression on her face is kind of like a kind one, where she let's it rain where it's appropriate and she's got a really pretty face.
The different shades of blue adds a certain coolness to the tone, which I think works well with the picture. Very nice!
