Wooow, cool!!
I really like how you did the shading on the face, especially on the nose and around the eyes. Very nice detail.
I really like the background for some reason. They remind me of bamboo sticks or something...
Hehe, for someone who is having oekaki tool trouble, this is really good.

Oh I feel the drama! ... Like kolo says, it really does have a stupendous film noir quality to it!
