Rikuo...actually he's in Nurarihyon form... anyways this guy is from this manga called Nurarihyon no Mago. Interesting manga about youkai and stuff. 13 year old cute kid turning into full fledged (not half nekkid, sorry) hot yokai=must read. The art's really pretty too!
