Wow...
This would be my first oekaki this year. Sad, isn't it? XD The last oekaki I did was at the end of last year.

Anyway, this is one of my fave singers, Chara! I love her voice so much, it's so different @_@. She isn't quite as popular as Ayumi Hamasaki or Utada, but she's amazing and has quite a following.
