HUZZAH! FIRST FINISHED PICTURE FOR 2008!!! (and it's a commission piece XDDD)

I started this around 2-3 months ago. Because of my net, I usually load the oekaki applet to my laptop, sign offline, draw on the applet until I finish, screenshot, then upload here. That means I can't turn off my laptop until I'm done. Hahah~ My laptop's been on for 2-3 months, "resting" only on "hybernate" mode every few days. WTH! I worked on and off on this--quite a love hate relationship really. Bah!

Anyway, I'm DONE with this and am quite happy with how it comes out, despite the mistakes and the BG (I didn't want to take off the focus from the two subjects. REAL EXCUSE: I need to work on BGs more :X)

The one in white (he came out grey here though. Durn monitor-decieve-ness) is Nitta--one of the dragon Gods from Yumehayla's story with her friend(s?), who happens to be a sadistic, greedy, and possessive little prick haha. The one in tears is Aura, a poor pretty little "fairy," who was kidnapped by Nitta because of his beauty. I don't think Nitta has any "special feelings" for Aura. He just loves pretty things and what he says goes. Aura used to have a pair of butterfly wings, but (if I'm not mistaken) Nitta ripped them off because the little guy kept trying to run away.

Nitta's no vampire, mind you XD; I just did the bite-marks to kind of symbolize Nitta's "ownership" (or so he thinks) over Aura.

Okay. Done ranting.
