This is from, er, Akagi, aka that seinen Mah Jong anime with the art that usually turns people off. I have no clue why I like it. I usually dislike the genre, but it kinda works for Akagi. D: It helps that the character Akagi isn't a good little boy like most protagonists in the genre...
